All packages are shipped in sturdy industry standard mailers and/or boxes designed specifically for the media shipped. All Packages are shipped in a day or two after receiving your cleared payment
USA Shipping: Shipping is calculated by weight for your particular location. In the USA you will be offered media mail (only recorded material and books (NOT MAGAZINES) can be shipped using media mail. Shirts and magazines and some other items cannot be mailed with media mail. if in doubt e-mail us first). First Class (up to 13 ounces) or Priority Mail (automatic on orders weighing over 13 ounces per USPS)
We strongly advise the use of first class or priority mail. Media mail is (usually) cheaper but can take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and It will be handled more often and thus has a better chance of breakage.

International Shipping: Shipping is calculated by weight for your particular location. Ground/economy shipping is no longer offered by the U.S. Postal Service. First class International is your cheapest option offered.

Returns: Returns are for factory defective items only. We will not accept returns simply because you do not like the music/item you ordered. We do our best to describe the items listed for sale, most descriptions are taken directly from the manufacturer of the product as it would be impossible for us to listen to/watch/wear each individual item.
